प्रतिमा m. Ved. A creator, maker.

-2 Resemblance, similitude; oft. in comp. in the sense of 'like, similar, or equal to'; देवप्रतिम, अप्रतिम &c.; गुरोः कुशानुप्रतिमात् R.2.49; पतत्पतङ्गप्रतिमस्तपोनिधिः Śi.1.12.
